“Who wrote the lyrics?”: Neha Singh Rathore “UP Mein Ka Ba” fame served police notice (video)

After the folk singer released the second part of “UP Mein Ka Ba” following which she has been served notice on her asking whether she wrote the lyrics of the songs.

New Delhi: The Kanpur Police has served notice to “UP Mein Ka Ba” fame Neha Singh Rathore on Tuesday night for allegedly inciting hatred through her song video.

Neha Singh Rathore became popular for her UP Mein Ka Ba song in 2022 ahead of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly election 2022 after she received praise for her song in 2020 Bihar mein Ka ba.

After the folk singer released the second part of “UP Mein Ka Ba” following which she has been served notice on her asking whether she wrote the lyrics of the songs.

Now the singer has shared a video of her receiving the notice.

Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia called this move by UP Police “shameful”.

Former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and Samajwadi chief Akhilesh Yadav also reacted to the police notice to Neha Singh Rathore.

The latest song of  Neha Singh Rathore questioned the government over the death of two women in a bulldozer drive in Kanpur Dehat.

In the notice, the UP Police asked Neha Singh Rathore asked several questions in regard to her social media platforms.
