New Delhi: Ashneer Grover added extra spice to Shark Tank Season 1 with his meme-worthy punchlines and unexpected roasts. Now the tables have turned though. People are asking Ashneer “Ye Doglapan Kyu?”
Recently, Ashneer Grover became a target of his fans who realized he isn’t playing by his own rules.
Chucked out from Shark Tank Season 2, Ashneer Grover is still riding his meme fame. So he used his tagline and posted a promotional video for a course. He wrote, ” Degree Ka Dikhawa hi sabse bada Doglapan hai.”
Netizens were quick to call him out for mentioning IIT-Delhi in his LinkedIn bio.

Overall the humorous back-and-forth on Twitter was fun to watch.
Earlier, Ashneer Grover was blasted by Netizens for what he spoke during a podcast. Ashneer had some allegedly outdated advice on marriage.
He was asked about the lessons he learned in his 20s. To which he replied that get married and have kids early so you don’t have to worry about them. People called him out on his male privilege of being able to “not worry about kids” and thinking that they are magically being taken care of.
Many women also shared their experiences about how they got super busy and had to put their careers on the back foot after having a baby.
He also talked about how gen z and millennials are procrastinating on everything, such as marriage. Ashneer said being married early gave him a direction and purpose in life.
He went further, saying that not getting married is “Awaragardi.”
Have kids & then focus on bigger thing, really? After having kids, there will hardly be time for anything else. Getting married & having kids is a personal choice. Not getting married is awaragardi? This is purely judgemental nonsense.
