New Delhi: In the 2019 general election, the NDA-led by BJP repeated its victory of the 2014 election by winning 303 seats. The next election is now scheduled to be held in the year 2024. However, the latest nationwide opinion poll by India TV-Matrize News Communication has again predicted the victory of the NDA, if the election is held this year.
The results of the survey titled ‘Desh ki Awaaz’ (Voice of the Nation) were shown on India TV today.

If we look at the top contender of the NDA in the country, it is reported that UPA led by Congress will win 97 seats in the general election. The other opposition parties can win over 84 seats.
According to the survey, the vote percentage of NDA is predicted to be 41%, followed by UPA (28%) and others (31%).
Sate performance of the BJP
In UP, which has the highest Lok Sabha seats in India, the NDA is expected to get 76 seats out of 80 LS sets. In Bihar, NDA may bag 35 seats out of a total of 40 seats.
In Maharashtra, the poll says NDA can win 37 seats out of 48 LS seats and the remaining will go to non-BJP opposition. In Tamil Nadu, where the ruling DMK will get 38 seats out of 39 seats.
