Miscreants did it intentionally to foment trouble?

Further, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Noida) Rajesh S told media that if one sees the complete video then ‘Hindustan Zindabad’ slogan was being raised but in between the miscreants raised ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ slogan as well.

In the video, some people can also be seen holding some flags including the tricolour and marching ahead with the crowd.

As the objectionable video made waves, some members of right-wing organisations took to streets and staged protests, demanding action against those indulging in anti-national activity.

“Some people raised “Pakistan Zindabad” slogans during the procession. There were also some sensible people in the procession who stopped the group from raising this slogan. Someone captured the incident on mobile phone and shared the video with us. We then informed the police and demanded action against them,” a leading daily quoted Uma Nandan Kaushik, zonal head, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Noida as saying.

The police however said that the organisers had permission from them to take out the procession.
