Aurangabad: In a shocking incident, a 17 year old boy allegedly chopped off his 19 year old sister’s head for marrying a man of her choice in a village of Vaijapur tehsil on Sunday.
The mother and the boy went ahead and even clicked a selfie with the girl’s head.
Soon after this, the mother has been arrested and the son has been detained.
According to media reports, he boy is said to have been inspired from a Marathi film. The girl was beheaded by her brother while she was preparing tea for them. After which they took a selfie with the head.
After the incident, the phone of the accused was seized but it is said that the mother and the son had deleted the picture.
For more details, the cell phone has been set to the forensic analysis to recover the picture.
Althought, the marriage was not inter-caste but it is said that the girl was blamed for bringing “disrepute” to the family in society.
