Lucknow: In a stern response to the recent incident in Deoria district, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, during a comprehensive review of the incident on Thursday, asserted that “no matter who is the culprit, action will be taken against everyone.”
The government’s report on the incident in Fatehpur village, situated in Rudrapur tehsil of Deoria district, has revealed significant negligence on the part of the responsible employee/officer and a lack of diligence in performing their duties. In relation to the above dispute, several complaints under IGRS regarding the illegal occupation of ‘gram samaj’ land by the late Satya Prakash Dubey were sent online to the Police Department and Revenue Department and were not resolved by taking serious cognizance of it by the concerned officials of both the departments.
Therefore, the Chief Minister has given instructions to take action against various officers/employees of the Revenue and Police Department as per the following details…
● Current Sub-District Magistrate Yogesh Kumar Gaur and Circle Officer Rudrapur Jilajeet should be immediately suspended.
● Departmental action should be taken against former SDM Ram Vilas, Om Prakash, Dhruv Shukla and Sanjeev Kumar Upadhyay.
● Initiate departmental proceedings against retired Tehsildar Vanshraj Ram and retired Revenue Inspector Ramanand Pal.
● Additional chargesheet should be issued to Abhay Raj (currently suspended Tehsildar).
● Departmental action should be instituted by suspending Ramashray, the then Tehsildar, current Tehsildar of Balrampur district and departmental action should be taken by suspending Keshav Kumar, Tehsildar Rudrapur.
● Departmental action should be taken by suspending Vishal Nath Yadav (Revenue Inspector), Rajnandani Yadav (Kshetriya Lekhpal), Akhilesh (Lekhpal).
● Departmental action should be initiated by suspending Head Constable Rajesh Pratap Singh, Constable Avnish Chauhan, Sub Inspector Jai Prakash Dubey and Inspector incharge Naveen Kumar Singh.
● In the past, those found responsible for negligence in the disposal of IGRS cases. Kailash Patel, Constable Ram Pratap Kannaujiya, Subhash Yadav and U.N. Sunil Kumar, former Inspector-in-Charge, Rudrapur, should be suspended and departmental proceedings should be initiated against the then Area Officer, Rudrapur Dinesh Kumar Singh Yadav.
