New Delhi: It’s difficult for new mothers to go back to work leaving their toddlers behind at home. Thus, sometimes, with the permission of the authority, the new mothers are allowed to carry their children to work. Be it giving an interview for a job or taking the interview of the candidate for a job, new mothers are often dilemmas as that who will take care of their baby when they are at work, especially when nobody is at home. A viral image solves the problem of the dilemma on humanitarian grounds.
The incident took place in Tamil Nadu’s Trichy, when the female officers took care of the baby while the mother was giving a fitness test for the Sub-Inspector position. An image of the heartwarming incident was shared by the Tamil Nadu police on Tuesday on Twitter which won the hearts of the people on the internet.
Notably, after clearing the test and certificate verification, 233 candidates were chosen for the fitness test where the candidates’ height, weight, and stamina were considered.

Adhering to the rules, neither relatives nor belongings were allowed inside the premises where the test was being conducted.
One of the candidates was in hesitation as she had to bring her baby along since there was no one to take care of the child back at home.
Understanding that the fitness test would go on for hours, the women police officers decided to take care of the baby. Besides, they made a cradle using a saree and looked after the child until the mother completed the test.
