New Delhi: Soon after the detention of the activist Teesta Setalvad from her Mumbai house, her name started trending at the top on Twitter. Under the hashtag Teesta Setalvad, many people shared their reactions on the platform.
Reacting on the latest development, a Twitter user namely Arvind Vishwakarama wrote, ”I want to see Teesta Setalvad in jail for conspiring and falsely trying to implicate Prime Minister Narendra Modi.”

Notably, her detention came after Home Minister said the NGO run by Teesta Setalvad gave false information about the 2002 Gujarat riots to the police in an interview.
