New Delhi: Nagaland minister Temjen Imna Along made it to the headlines for another witty reply. The Nagaland BJP President gained popularity on Twitter for a witty tweet he posted, replying to people searching for his wife’s name on Google.
Temjen Imna shared a screenshot which shows that when his name is searched on Google, ‘Temjen Imna Along wife’ is one of the top searches. On getting to know that netizens are interested in knowing the name of his wife along with his age and biography, the minister shared a hilarious reply. He wrote, “Ayalee, @Google search excites me. I am still looking for her!”

Replying to the minister’s tweet, the founder of Shaadi.com, Anupam Mittal said, “kuch karna padega @ShaadiDotCom,” which translates to ‘We have to do something @ShaadiDotCom.’ Seeing this reply from the entrepreneur, Temjen replied that he is good at this point and is waiting for Salman Khan to get married first.

He recently made it to the headlines when he used humour as a tool to address the stereotype and racist comment of ‘small eyes’ used for people from Northeast India. While giving a speech, he said, “Because I have small eyes, less dirt enters my eyes. Also, I can easily sleep when I am on the stage and some long programme is going on.”
On World Population Day, he used Twitter to ask Indians to make informed choices when it comes to bearing a child. Like his other quirky statements, he added a little with to this tweet too. He said that if informed choices are not possible then people should stay single like him.
