Thunderous welcome for PM Modi in Himachal’s Una & Chamba (VIDEO)

During the visit to Una & Chamba districts, PM Modi laid the foundation stone of several projects related to pharma industry, education & road connectivity.

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on a visit to poll-bound Himachal Pradesh, received a roaring welcome today as he toured 2 districts of the state – Una & Chamba.

PM Modi received rousing reception from the people in both districts as roads & streets were lined up with big crowd to welcome the Prime Minister.

A unique welcome greeted the Prime Minister in Una, as he visited the district. The large queue of people who waited for long to see the Prime Minister gave a hearty welcome and shouted slogans with full energy.

While PM Modi greeted them at the Railway station before and after flagging off the Vande Bharat, people chanted ‘Modi-Modi, Sher Aaya’ slogans. The Vande Bharat Express is a new series of ‘light trains’ equipped with all amenities and designed to gather speed in short duration.

While PM Modi boarded train for a small ride, he kept waving to the wave of crowed that gathered to welcome him.

In Chamba, the huge gathering of people welcomed the Prime Minister by clapping their hands. As PM reached the stage accompanied by Himachal CM Jairam Thakur, the atmosphere was buoyant & lively and he was greeted by wave of supporters who clapped & waved hands for the Prime Minister.

Apparently after culmination of visit to 2 cities, PM Modi also shared a video of the breathtaking beauty of Himachal Pradesh.

“I am spellbound by the natural beauty of Himachal Pradesh,” PM Modi said while sharing a video of the state from his Facebook account.
