New Delhi: In a shocking incident, a video of a man hanging on to the bonnet of a car as it continued travelling for a few kilometres last Sunday night has gone viral on social media.
According to reports, the car travelling from Ashram Chowk to Nizamuddin Dargah when car was spotted by the police.
Police said that the car allegedly belonged to Bihar MP Chandan Singh.
Officials said that when the incident took place the MP was not present inside the car.
Meanwhile, a case has been registered for rash driving at Sunlight Colony police station and the accused has been arrested.

The victim identified as Chetan alleged the accused driver was drunk and accelerated away when he stopped the car for brushing his vehicle thrice.

In the video, which was captured from another moving vehicle, the car’s registration can be identified from Bihar and was seen stopping before the police van as the victim climbed off the bonnet.
