New Delhi: Social media users have been lately lauding a woman for punishing her alleged harasser who, as per the reports, tried to misbehave with her in the Chitradurga district of Karnataka.
A video of the girl, featuring her furiously thrashing the accused with footwear as he sits helplessly surrounded by people most of whom are filming and cursing him is currently doing rounds on the X (Previously Twitter) where it was shared by an account named Hate Detector on September 14, 2024.
The caption attached to the same post further claims that the incident occurred on September 13 in Chitradurga’s Nehru Nagar locality following which, a case for an attempt to kidnap under the POSCO act was also initiated against two individuals.

In the viral video, a Burka-clad lady is seen using her slipper to thrash a man who reportedly tried to molest her in broad daylight at Nehru Nagar on Friday. A significant amount of people are also seen in the clip, witnessing the entire incident unfold while encircling both parties and cheering for the woman for beating her alleged wrongdoer.

Meanwhile, with the incident’s clip garnering much attention on social media, netizens are also talking to the comment section and praising the girl for teaching the guy a much-needed lesson.
