Watch: Mamata Banerjee asks TMC worker about his growing belly; Netizens all goes ROFL

Not getting offended at the body shaming, the worker stated that he has “neither sugar nor pressure” but is fit.

New Delhi: West Bengal’s Chief Minister, Mamata Banerjee seemed to be in a different mood today as she subjects a Trinamool worker to loads of questions about his weight in a meeting. The video has gone viral and is insanely being shared online.

The worker was making a statement when CM interrupted him and said, “The way your belly is growing, you could collapse any day. Are you unwell?”

Not getting offended at the body shaming, the worker stated that he has “neither sugar nor pressure” but is fit. He spends the next few moments convincing his party chief that he works out.

Meanwhile, CM was not letting him go and pressed him with a sea of questions about the workout. There is definitely some problem… how can you have such a giant Madhya Pradesh,” she said, using the statement that is a pun for the belly.

With the “cross-examination” at its peak, some grinned while others couldn’t associate themselves with second-hand embarrassment.

When asked by CM whether he eats a lot, the worker replied “I have pakodi in the morning. It is a habit.” To which CM disapprovingly shaking her head and stated that he can never lose weight if he eats pakodi in the morning.

The worker to this replied that he do three hours of exercise as well which Mamata Banerjee asked him to demonstrate. He showed and stated that he does 1,000 Kapal Bhati (breathing exercise) every day.

Disapproving his statement, she said “Not possible,” further stating, “”If you show me 1,000 Kapal Bhatis, I will give you ₹ 10,000 on the spot… Impossible. You don’t know how to inhale or exhale.”

On the other hand, netizens are having a fun moment on the chit-chat between Mamata Banerjee and the TMC worker. See some of the reactions here:
