New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today arrested Bhola Yadav, then Officer of Special Duty (OSD) of former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, in the alleged land for job case.
Also, searches are underway at around four locations in Bihar.
He was arrested from Delhi this morning.
According to reports, Bhola Yadav is said to be the kingpin of the railway recruitment scam cases that had taken place around 2004 and 2009.
He had served as the OSD to Lalu Yadav during 2005-2009.
It is also being said that Bhola Yadav is the kingpin of the railway recruitment scam case. Also, it is alleged that prime properties in Patna were sold or gifted to the family members of the former minister in return for railway jobs to their owners and their families.
It was on May 18, the CBI had registered an FIR in this case against Lalu Yadav, Rabri Devi, Misa Bharti and others.
