New Delhi: An elderly women from Dehradun, Pushpa Munjial filed a will in the district court on Monday (April 4) where she has transferred all her property to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.
Uttarakhand Congress confirmed the reports, and said that she has declared the ownership of all her property in the name of Congress MP Rahul Gandhi.
Congress Metropolitan President Lalchand Sharma at the time of handing over the testament of her property to Congress leader, Pushpa Munjial said that she is influenced by the ideas of Rahul Gandhi.
She also said that India Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi sacrificed their lives for India’s unity and integrity. Meanwhile, Congress President and Rahul Gandhi dedicated themselves to the service of the nation. Pushpa Munjial is very much influenced by this.
The 78-year-old senior citizen also feels that India is in deep need of leaders like Rahul Gandhi.
She handed the willed property to Rahul Gandhi at the residence of former state president Pritam Singh.
According to reports, she has transferred assets worth Rs 50 lakh and around 10 tolas of gold.
Also, the property that she had transferred is located in a posh location in Dehradun.

Congress leader Pritam Singh who was present at the occasion, said that Pushpa Munjial’s actions shows her “affection towards the Gandhi family”.
