Alia Bhatt’s yoga trainer shares tips to practice these 5 asanas daily; Check inside

Moreover, yoga helps in the relaxation of the mind and boosts the individual to take on the day as well.

Anushka Parwani, the renowned yoga trainer in Bollywood, who trains celebs like Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor, and Ananya Panday shared a short video of five asanas that can be practiced daily after waking up in the morning.

Taking to Instagram, Anushka wrote that instead of waking up and checking our phones, we need to roll out our yoga mats and include a healthy habit into our lifestyle. The video showed Anushka performing Butterfly, Viparita Karani, Bhujangasana, Ardha Matsyendrasana and Pavanamuktasana.

From stretching the abdominal and core muscles to working out the arms and leg muscles, these yoga asanas come with multiple benefits. Anushka wrote, “Once you get up, roll out your mat (or practice on the bed) and try these Yoga Asanas you can do every day.”
