Arabic version of ‘Manike Mage Hithe’ song goes viral; netizens shower love

Sri Lankan singer Yohani’s rendition of Manike Mage Hithe got viral globally. The now-viral video shows an Arabic version of the same song.

New Delhi: The craze over the most popular song of the year, ‘Manike Mage Hithe’ refuses to die down even after months of its release. Sri Lankan singer Yohani Diloka De Silva released the rendition version in May 2021 and since then the song has been sung by different singers in their local languages as well.

Another version of ‘Manike Mage Hithe’ has gone viral all over the internet and you’ll be surprised to know that this version is sung in Arabic. The viral video has been posted by Marwa Khalil on her official Instagram account.

The 1-minute long video features the actress Marwa who is seen singing the song in Arabic. Also, the video features a rap artist named Attalla. Though the lyrics can only be understood by people who are well-versed in Arabic, the tune will leave you awestruck.

Till now, the video has reached over 7,000 views and several comments are being flooded by the netizens in the comment section.

One of the users stated, “I love it,” while another wrote, “Bravo.” Multiple users are showering heart emojis and some are appreciating the rendition in Arabic as well.

‘Manike Mage Hithe’ is a Sinhala song sung by Satheeshan Rathnayaka in 2020, however, it got globally popular after the rendition made by Yohani in May this year.
