Taste and texture all depend on the batter of the dosa. Dosa batter needs a ferment in order to give a crispy and tasty dosa.

Good food is a combination of presentation and appetising food. Sometimes food outlets focus more on the name rather than focusing on the dish.

As per the screenshots shared by users, the popular dish ‘Idli Sambar’ was renamed “Dunked Rice Cake Delight.” That’s not the end well, Sambar Vada was also retitled “Dunked Doughnut Delight.”

Plain dosa became “Naked Crepe” and Masala Dosa was named, “Smashed Potato Crepe.” sweet names given to these dishes grabbed everyone’s attention.
