New Delhi: Are you one of them who every alternate two minutes opens up Instagram and refreshes it for new updates? Then you must have noticed people going crazy over the Urban Dictionary trend on Instagram. People are avidly searching for the meaning of their names and are getting awestruck by the result.

For the unversed, Urban Dictionary is an online dictionary founded in 1999 by Aaron Peckham. Originally the dictionary explained slang words and phrases only. However, through its long journey of 22 years, the dictionary provides the meaning of everything including video games to politics and also human names.

The trend has become viral overnight where people looking at the flattering and unique definition of their names are going gaga over it. Even Netflix India acknowledged the trend and posted a meme that said, “The entire world to Urban Dictionary right now. Say my name.”
