New Delhi: As it has been a tradition for the last few years, this time too, a grand program was held overnight on the occasion of Mahashivratri on March 1, near the statue of ‘Adiyogi’ at ‘Isha Yoga Center’ in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
Not only did thousands of people participate in the program, the founder of Isha foundation Jaggi Vasudev, popularly known as ‘Sadguru’, performed on the big night celebrating the wedding of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati, while lakhs of people were also connected with it online.
Big names from the Indian music industry performed multiple devotional songs on this occasion.
Several videos and photos from the celebrations have been widely shared via multiple social media platforms. A video clip of a celeb singer performing on an English language song while Sadhguru shaking a leg on it has gone viral on Twitter.
