Dark clouds hover over Pakistan cricket as Babar slips in the Test Rankings

Although there are many positives that cricket experts and pundits have taken, one thing is clear to everyone- Pakistan cricket is seeing rapid downfalls in recent years in the red ball. This unprecedented downfall is because Pakistan has been poor with the bat in recent times in red-ball cricket. Pakistan’s premium batsman, Babar Azam found himself right at the bottom of the top 10 rankings after the latter failed to score the requisite runs against Bangladesh.

Pakistan recently suffered a shambolic defeat against Bangladesh in front of a packed home crowd. Things got even more nasty for the men in green as the Bangla tigers dished out a 10-wicket defeat to win their first test match in Pakistan.
