New Delhi: In Vadodara, Gujarat, Indian all-rounder Axar Patel, and Meha Patel exchanged wedding vows late on January 26. The close relatives of the two families attended the customary Gujarati wedding.
Axar was next in line following KL Rahul’s wedding with Athiya Shetty, daughter of Bollywood legend Sunil Shetty. Both players received permission to take a break from the limited-overs series against New Zealand, and they are now blissfully wedded to the love of their respective lives.

Axar and Meha had a very busy day on January 26. Sangeet and Haldi ceremonies took place the day before the traditional Gujarati wedding rituals, which were done late into the night. Axar and Meha performed on the dance floor during the sangeet evening, with the all-arounder evoking a desi atmosphere with his rudimentary dancing abilities.

Indian cricketer Axar Patel’s wife Meha Patel is a Gujarati dietician, and nutritionist in Nadiad, Gujarat. She is well-known for posting about healthy food and her nutrition initiative on her official Instagram account, popularly known as Dr. Meha.
Axar will return to the cricket pitch during the Border Gavaskar Trophy match against the tough Australians after having a little break from his marriage. The Australian squad will play three ODIs and four Test matches while in India. The first ODI of the series will be played on March 17 at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, and the first Test of the series will start on February 9 at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium in Nagpur.
