New Delhi: Again it’s time for MS Dhoni and Chennai Super Kings’ fans to cheer loud as Dhoni has been appointed as the captain for CSK once more in the ongoing IPL. Ravindra Jadeja has decided to relinquish captaincy to focus and concentrate more on the game. The star all-rounder was appointed as captain ahead of the IPL this year.
Besides, Dhoni has accepted to lead the team from now onwards. The news has been confirmed by the official website of the four-time IPL winner. The website mentioned that Dhoni has decided to take back the charge of the team in the larger interest of the side.

CSK is currently positioned at the ninth position in the points table with six losses in eight games. The team needs to win the remaining matches to qualify for the playoffs.
“Ravindra Jadeja has decided to relinquish captaincy to focus and concentrate more on his game and has requested MS Dhoni to lead CSK. MS Dhoni has accepted to lead CSK in the larger interest and to allow Jadeja to focus on his game,” the statement read.
