New Delhi: Leg nine of the Pro Kabaddi League, season 10, is progressing in a swift manner, with the faces of the top six teams getting shaped slowly but steadily.
So far in the tournament, only three teams have looked like they are in a strong zone for getting the qualification sign in front of their name, i.e., Puneri Paltan, Jaipur Pink Panthers and Dabang Delhi, while two teams are standing on the gates of elimination, i.e., Telugu Titans and UP Yoddhas.
On Saturday night, Patna’s Patliputra Indoor Stadium hosted two big matches of season 10, with Patna Pirates taking on Puneri Paltan and Dabang Delhi taking on UP Yoddhas.
In the first match of the day, the home team, Patna Pirates, took on the most dangerous side of PKL 10 Puneri Paltan.
Paltan took on an early lead and kept the lead intact till the 30-minute mark. However, with the help of back-to-back super raids from Manjeet and Sachin, the Pirates made a strong comeback.
In the end, Paltan managed to grab four quick points to end things at level with the final scoreline reading 32-32.
