New Delhi: India cricket team defeated the Australian cricket team, with a comfortable margin of 4-1, to take the five-match T20I series home.
The men in blue performed well in all three departments throughout the series to keep the Australian team at bay, in a few matches. However, the bowlers were taken to the cleaners by the Aussie batsmen, taking the matches as close as possible.
However, there was one name in the Indian bowling lineup who was almost impossible to pick no matter what the pitch conditions were, i.e., Ravi Bishnoi.

Ravi Bishnoi took 9 wickets in the series while also being the most economical bowler for the men in blue. He was also named the man of the series in a series in which the batsmen primarily dominated.

However, the gift for Bishnoi for his exceptional series keeps coming, as he is now the number one T20I bowler, according to the latest updated table.
Bishnoi now has 699 points, which is seven more than 692 points from second spot Rashid Khan of Afghanistan.

He is the only Indian bowler in the top 10 list.
Bishnoi is now part of the Indian team, which will be playing the T20I series against the South African team in an away series.

The Indian skipper for the recently concluded T20I series against Australia and upcoming series against South Africa, Surya Kumar Yadav, had an average series but still managed to keep his top T20I batsman spot with 855 points, which is 68 more than the second spot Md. Rizwan.
