New Delhi: The countdown to the 2nd Test at Sabina Park is over as the two teams, West Indies and Bangladesh meet for the second test. In the first test, the visitors lost to the determination and perseverance of the Windies. While the Bangladeshi team was dominant with the ball, creating early inroads into the West Indian batting lineup.
However, the fighting spirit of Alick Athanaze and Justin Greaves ensured the Windies finished at an above-par score of 450 runs. That was enough to give the hosts a handsome lead in the game and kill the game in their favour.
The road ahead for Bangladesh might well be a rough terrain. And they know bouncing back from this loss would be tough especially away from home. Windies these days are an organized Test team at home. But Bangladesh did manage to disturb the Applecart of the Pakistanis and ruffled a few Indian feathers as well. They would be hoping for a turnaround.
