WPL 2023 Finals: MI are first champions in Women’s Premier League!

Mumbai Indian and Delhi Capitals will face each other in the finals at Brabourne from 7:30 pm onwards.

New Delhi: Women’s Premier League has already made history with the fans and finance and is going to add a new chapter to cricket tonight. Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals face each other in the finals and MI came out victorious.

Nat Sciver-Brunt scored 60* off 55 to lead MI to the win. Harmanpreet Kaur contributed crucial 37 to the chase.

Issy Wong picking three wickets initially and Hayley Matthews taking three in death restricted DC to 131. However, a 42-run stand in the last 4 overs between Shikha Pandey and Radha Yadav helped put up some fight.
