New Delhi: Redmi mobile has confirmed that Redmi K50i will be launched in India on July 20. The smartphone will be unveiled during a live event on the official YouTube account of Redmi. The link to watch the launch is also available below here. The Redmi K50i series is the next instalment of the Redmi K20 series launched in 2019.
Redmi K50i feature and specifications (Expected)
Ahead of the launch, Redmi K50i has confirmed to come with house a MediaTek Dimenstiy 8100 SoC. The phone will come with 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage option. On the front side, the phone will feature a 6.6-inch IPS LCD with a Full HD+ resolution that offers a 144Hz refresh rate.
On the camera front, the phone will be available with a 64-megapixel main wide-angle lens. The main sensor will be paired with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens which helps to cover more area. The 5G phone is also likely to come with a 2-megapixel macro camera that will cover the macro detail in the photo.
For the selfie lover, the phone will have a 16MP front camera. It is said to be capable of clicking wide area.
Under the hood, the phone is packed with a 4,400mAh battery that can be refilled by 67W fast charging.
Redmi K50i price and more details
The price of 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage option of Redmi K50i will be priced between 24,000 and Rs 28,000.
It is reported that the phone will be available in three colour options — Stealth Black, Quick Silver and Phantom Blue. The phone is reported to be going on sale starting July 22.
