New Delhi: The Australian cricket team defeated the Pakistani cricket team on the fourth day of the Boxing Day Test to take an unassailable lead of 2-0 in the three-match test series. Pakistan, who were forced to surrender in the first innings of the match, actually put up a decent fightback in the second innings, as while chasing a big total of 317 in the fourth innings, the visitors were evenly poised, at 215 for 5. However, the Aussie skipper came out of nowhere to complete the fifer, take the visitor’s score from 215 for 5 to 237 all-out, and give his team the win in the match and the series.
