New Delhi: Pakistan again stands exposed, this time over its constant denial of Balalkot airstrikes. A well-known former Pakistani diplomat admitted on TV debate that it lost 300 people in Indian airstrikes in Balakot.

Zafar Halali, who has served Pakistan in various nations including Italy and Yemen, blurted out this while participating in a heated TV debate. This comes on back of Pakistani Army as well as Pak govt’s repeated denial of any such assault by Indian Air Force, it rather claimed that just birds were killed.

The undated video is going viral on social media. In the video, Zafar Halali can be seen getting furious and agitated over Pakistan’s feeble response to Indian airstrikes. He says that Pakistani Air Force should have targeted Indian military installation for this act of aggression by India.

Ever since, Indian Air Force vapourized terror Launchpads operating from its soil in Balakot region, Pakistan has always lived in denial and always rejected reports of human casualty as well as structural damages in the area.

Balalkot strikes to avenge Pulwama terror attack

Following Pulwama terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir in Feb 2019, Indian Air Force mounted an aerial strike at a terror training centre in Balakot of Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on February 26. On February 14, 40 soldiers were killed in terror attack carried out by Pak-based terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM).

This was India’s second big cross border operation to dismantle the terror launchpads and eliminate terrorists operating from Pakistani soil. First was Surgical strike in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) in 2016 days after terror attack at Uri base camp.
