REVEALED: Terror outfits operating in Afghanistan & India continue to have roots in Pakistan

Many foreign terrorists from Haqqani network, JeM & LeT entered Kabul when Taliban took over and are reportedly not under the control of Taliban.

New Delhi: In a strong indictment of Pakistan being a terror-sponsoring country, it has come to light that terror outfits that operate in Afghanistan as well as India continue to have same origins. Afghan Taliban, Haqqani network fighters recently wrested control of the Kabul, took over Afghanistan and are engaged in spreading terror across the region. When Afghan Taliban took over the reins of Afghanistan, a number of Jaish-e-Mohammed and Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) also infiltrated into the country.

The revelations have been made by a report released by US Department of State. These foreign terrorists who entered Kabul are reportedly operating from different parts of the city and are reportedly not under the control of Taliban.

Haqqani network has been internationally recognized as terrorist and insurgency group but has managed to infiltrate into Taliban govt. Interior Minister Sirajuddin Haqqani was called out by the world media for being part of the Taliban-led government in Afghanistan. His organisation Haqqani network is known to operate from Pakistan’s tribal region of North Waziristan and is known to have conducted cross border attacks on US troops.

JeM and LeT are the two most notorious outfits responsible for numerous terror attacks in Jammu & Kashmir. These outfits continue to operate from Pakistani soil, under the aegis of Pakistani government. They continue to enjoy Pakistan govt’s protection and have faced repeated ban by UN but are still operating with impunity. Their commanders are often seen roaming around in Pakistani territories.
