VIDEOs: Moment when ex-Pak PM Imran Khan was shot at, how it all unfolded

New Delhi: Former Pakistan PM & Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaff (PTI) chief Imran Khan was on Thursday attacked by a gunman while he was leading the long march in Wazirabad. Imran was reportedly hit by bullet in his leg and was subsequently taken to Lahore hospital.

The PTI chairman is set to be in stable condition and is undergoing treatment. The attacker was nabbed by security forces.

Many videos have emerged from the spot where the ex-Pak PM was attacked. A couple of videos trending on Twitter captured the exact moment when the PTI leaders were attacked by gunman.

In one video, gunshots can be heard while those standing in front of the long container can be seen falling down, apparently due to injury.

The assassination bid on Imran Khan took place while he along with top PTI leaders were leading the march atop the long container. Khan was leading the public march and demanding snap elections to ensure that people’s will is established.

According to reports, 1 person has died in the attack, while 4-6 people have been injured.

The PTI also shared a video which showed Imran Khan waving at his supporters before being shifted to hospital. The party also said that attack won’t break ‘Pak Lion’s’ resolve and his fight will continue.
