New Delhi: A concerning old video from 2022, featuring an old man trying to kill a lady by attempting to drown her face inside a public fountain’s water, has recently reemerged on social media & is drawing responses from the Netizens.

In the viral clip, which is allegedly from Spain’s Valencia city, An old man, aged about 52 can be seen holding a woman by her hair & trying his best to forcefully push it inside the water.
However, to the good fortune of the victim lady, two passerby men soon take note of her aggressor’s action & immediately rush to her aid.
After a bit of physical struggle & feist fights with the attacker, the two brave pedestrians manage to set the woman free from his grip & help her get away from the fountain safely.
Accused Arrested
While the exact reason that led to the incident is yet to be officially confirmed, unofficial sources have it that the accused man attacked the lady after suspecting her of being the partner of another guy who allegedly stole his phone and ran away earlier. Meanwhile, some reports further suggest that the accused was also nabbed by the cops for his acts moments after.

While most people are lashing at the man for nearly killing the lady, others are also wondering what made the victim woman refrain from putting up a fight with her attacker at all.
“He’s hurting her and it doesn’t look like she’s fighting back, thank God for those concerned citizens who came to her rescue,” wrote an X user. “But why was the woman not fighting back?? The whole time, her hands weren’t making any attempt to free herself from that mønster”, added another. A third one penned, “She must have faced worse in the past and just made peace with it.”
