His firm is also running a project named ‘BluePrint’, which aims to alter the epigentic constitution of humans, for which he is also a part of the trials

Bryan Johnson claimed that he has s heart of 37 years old, the skin of a 28-year-old, and the lung capacity of an 18-year-old.
In this project, Johnson strictly follows an egimented routine and practices a vegan diet. For this, he consumes 1,977 calories every day, he does exercises for an hour then goes to the bed at the same time. He does this daily. He wakes up at 5 am and takes green juice with creatine and collagen peptides.
The weight of his body, body mass index, body fat, blood glucose levels, and heart-rate variations are measured on daily basis.
