New Delhi: The animation style of this Japanese series which is based on the manga Time Patrol Bon by Fujiko F. Fujio, is similar to that of Fujiko’s other famous work, Doraemon, which achieved fame with its successful anime adaptation.
Magical time travel is the intriguing subject of this series. In this directing debut feature from Masahiro Ando, we follow the lives of two former patrol agents who cross paths by coincidence and go on an exciting journey together.
Plot
The protagonist, Bon, is an average high school kid who, after joining a squad of time-travelling spies, finds himself embroiled in a web of dramatic events spanning centuries and continents, all to save innocent lives.
Almost 30 years after its first run, the famous manga series by Fujiko F. Fujio has been adapted into an exciting anime series. The latest trailer shows Bon’s unfortunate involvement with a Time Patrol case and his subsequent compulsion to accompany Agent Ream on a perilous mission.
Together, the dynamic pair must prevent harm to future generations while rescuing innocent people from the past. On May 2, 2024, the series will be available to view on Netflix. Beginning on July 17, 2024, viewers will be able to watch the second instalment of the anime series on Netflix.

Cast and Crew
Bon Namihira, voiced by Akihisa Wakayama, is the protagonist of the animated series, which has a cast of powerful voice actors. Youko Hikasa voices Tetsuo Shiraishi, Tomoyo Kurosawa plays Yumiko Yasukawa, Mamoru Miyano voices Buyoyon, and Atsumi Tanezaki voices Ream Stream.
