New Delhi: In a gruesome incident that unfolded in Gwalior city of Madhya Pradesh, two rural ladies mercilessly thrashed their mother-in-law with sticks and stones in broad daylight.
While the duo was brutally beating the old woman, their husbands were reportedly also present at the crime site, cheering & applauding seeing their wives hammering their old helpless mother.
However, a few other locals, who witnessed the horrifying assault, soon stepped in the victim’s defense and called the cops on the accused couples. Later, the old lady was rushed to the hospital where she succumbed to her injuries and passed away at the age of 55.
A shocking video of the disturbing crime is now doing rounds on the internet & drawing reactions from the netizens.

In the viral video, both the accused women, accompanied by their husbands, are seen brutally pounding the old lady, identified as Munni Devi, in the presence of a few villagers.
The victim can also be heard in the clip, crying and screaming from pain as the aggressors grab her hair and continue to drag her around the streets in an unforgiving manner.

Post the incident, Gwalior police swung into action & booked 6 accused including both sisters-in-law, their husbands, the father, and 2 brothers of the younger daughter-in-law for Murder.
Not much after, the officials also took 3 accused, including the elder sister-in-law, into custody and are now trying to determine the whereabouts and other details regarding the crime.
