Behaviour that harms and damages not only the body but also the heart and the mind of the individual soul, leads to a very strong connection with pain and helplessness. We often see other people do things that are not necessary, and yet we invite them into our lives and our thoughts. This leads to not only our body showing signs of great fatigue in their association but our soul and our spirit also begin plunging into deep crevices of despair and disdain. Hence, to move away from these people, who spread toxic waste in our auras is best, and sometimes they could be family, so once again we will have to forgive and not allow the mind to dwell on all that they do wrong. Healing hugs of deep comfort. Love from the crevices of oceanic strength.
