The ideal way a person can touch the inner core of the heart self is by remaining in deep meditative silence. Giving away all thoughts into the external universe, everything internally and externally uniting with the space of the Divine Spheres. See to it that there is no yearning, no grasping, no attachment even to the idea of thought or interpretation. This is the essential moment to latch onto, to free ourselves of all hinderances. We must not take any negative thoughts with us, we must make plans to reduce the anxiety and stress, and spread the positive vibrations. Take charge of your mind in a most moving way by reminding yourself that you are the most loving person you know. Abandon all thoughts of attachment and aversion and happiness will resurrect in your heart right now. Healing hugs of great togetherness. Love from the days and the nights.
