28.01.2021 Everyone is busy but everyone everyday must find the time for silence and meditation, knowing that the world floats away in the healing realm and away from the conscious mind and ecstasy returns to the healed mind with the healing energies. It is not only silence and meditation that I emphasise. Meditation plus healing the self and others is important for the soul power that we bring out. This influences our thoughts and behaviour. The longer and deeper we meditate and heal, on a regular basis, the more we are immersed in the divine consciousness of the blissful light. It is simple that in healing the self, we are healing our world in the blissful awareness of the Divine as the Sole Reality. Healing hugs of spiritual thoughts.
