My healing mantra:
“Surrendering”.
On an immediate level we must heal to serve the people of this, our world. To ensure that none of the pure power is wasted and neither is the time. Through this diligent practice all negativity is removed and all effective forms of healing become therapeutic for self healing of the soul self.
First and foremost all the fragmented aspects and parts of our selves , which have been in conflict with each other settle, dissolve and become friends. I and through this process we begin to understand ourselves more, and begin to connect to the radiance, the gladness, and the superb light of bliss. It is important to view our thoughts, and whatever arises, to leave them in the light of the heart. Accept the light with generosity and share it with others. Healing hugs of more and more focus on the light of the Heart. Love to subside and dissolve all negative thoughts.
