The most important aspect of healing is to recognise the self radiance and spread it to the vastness of your universe. All the lights arise in the heart and flow to all of your bodies.
Today find yourself in a state of deep stillness and calmness and know that an energy of bliss is spreading awareness of goodness to all pores and cells of your body. The light is gently caressing you and moving. Don’t reject the stillness and calmness and neither the caress. Know that as you share, the light grows and expands. This cascading light is augmenting your universe and your people . In this state of deep calmness, any and every thought and movement arises like a wave in the ocean of your heart, and the glow of deep love unfolds a deeper caress for Mother Earth and the souls upon it. Stay in the pure presence of this deep love and continue your journey of life, enriched by the caress. Healing hugs of purity. Love from the presence of the wave.
