The war with the other!
We are always behaving like children, playing, pretending that we cannot see the truth. We also begin to believe that if we pretend, then those around us will also not see the reality. Why do we not want people to stay connected with us and love us unconditionally? It is because we feel they will take away something that is precious, but the reality is that the more love and care and compassion we share, the stronger it grows and shines. Our identity and our ability depends on how much we are healing and willingly sharing with others. So today, stop filling your every moment with noise and activity, retreat into mindful silence, heal for the pleasure of healing and heal that separated self, this stranger that is a part of our own true inner heart self. We all live under an assumed identity, so today, excavate your true self and begin to truly live. Healing hugs of supreme wisdom. Love for the merging selves.

The action I can take.
Take two teaspoons of rice and wrap them in a white paper, keep this under your mattress for eleven days then leave under a tree. You are honouring the planets Venus and the moon’s light and will distribute them further to heal all around you.
This heals the war wounds around you, heart to heart.
