My journey to enlightenment ( day two)
The unjust war!
The realisation of our impermanence , the only thing that we can hold onto , as it is like Mother Earth and Father Sky, no matter how much in our healing realms and frontiers we may change, no matter how much things around us may change, they always endure. Our whole life may change, family members may disappear, but The Earth and The Sky will always remain. The whole universe is but change, activity and a process of changing patterns that continue to change forever. The cells of our body are dying. The neurons in our brain are decaying, our language and expressions are always changing depending on our changing moods. Look at your thoughts, they come and they go. The past is past, the future yet to come , the present as we experience it, has already become the past. The only thing we have is the NOW! Heal now. Healing hugs of every thought and movement. Love from the reservoir of thought.

The action I can take.
Take a newspaper, and give it to someone to read, who would willingly take it and read it and enjoy it. ( if you don’t find anyone, then give it to yourself and do follow the instructions)
This increases intellect and knowledge and compassion for humanity and the self .
