These exchanges replenish and strengthen but also connect us to the energy of longevity and extend our energy connections with the spiritual universe.
The effect on extending our life span is also sometimes dependent on our relationships with the friendly energies of this universe. Giving and sharing the healing energies with humans, animals, plants, birds, fishes and all living souls also brings us into the natural karmic resonance of giving and sharing the light and in the process lengthening life.
