Sometimes when people are going through suffering and pain, they feel that they cannot bear it anymore. Healing is a tempting offer and they take it to heal themselves and yet, they think that they should instantly be able to remove all the debris of their past negative karma in an instant. Continuous healing becomes a strong positive tool ; it changes the life energy at every moment, in terms of forgiveness, seeking and giving. We are awakened and aware, but then remember that a human being is lazy by nature. We are always wanting others to change, to do the healing for us, to take the positive forward, and thus we reman tied up in our thoughts, words and deeds. Take this energy of freedom today and move ahead. Healing hugs of forgiveness. Love from the Sacred Shrine .
