The most important aspect of the day is when we can collaborate with all the energies in sync, in reality with the profound and beneficial personal experiences to accomplish great spiritual realisation. That is why we have to engage in meditative healing practices, to keep the sacred light of the compassionate heart intact. Preparing the self is in fact an act to assist the others, helping them to move towards care and kindness. We are encouraged, inspired and reminded of our true healing purpose when we connect to the spiritual journey of our soul self. We are kindly reassured by the treasured nature of our life and our spiritual consciousness. We receive instructions from our silent heart and soul, thus we move on to heal more. Haling hugs of a deep connection. Love from the persistent heart.
