In order to protect, nurture and heal others, the most effective path is to follow the light and the radiance emanating from the heart. Where the mind and all our thoughts merge with the compassionate heart and the wisdom mind to create a symphony of wellness and prosperity. Even if we cannot visualise the light of the heart, we must awaken our own consciousness of happiness and dive deep into joy and share it with the light of the others, who are as enthusiastically wanting to share their light of healing with us.
