When people begin to heal,meditate, relax, pray, they often say that their thoughts are running wild and are out of control and this makes them feel vulnerable. The reality is that these are good signs as all the pent up issues come up to the surface to be healed. Far from being able to take you towards helplessness, your thoughts gently steer your ship of life towards happiness and joy. Eventually bringing you to a state of healed silence, you begin to realise once again how chaotic your life and thoughts were and how gently healing helps you move in the right direction. We must never be disheartened with the excavation of the debris of our life with healing. Whatever arises we must be very watchful , keep returning to the heart of the healing light, see it healing gently and continue our journey to heal all. Healing hugs of deep discovery.
