Message of the Day – By Renooji 13.03.2022 Meditation. Repeat 7 times. “Living in the light of healing, I greet each day as a gift to be enjoyed fully”! Connect to the universe of healing light, connecting to the mind, know that the nature of the mind is such, that when you leave it alone, it finds bliss and clarity. So today, let’s not impose anything on the mind. So, as we meditate, let’s not make any effort to control or even attempt to suggest that the mind should be peaceful, just allow it to find its own realm of reality. Let go even of the idea that you are reading this and following the instructions to meditate. Let your body remain as it is, and your breath as you find it and the healing energies flowing through your heart unconditionally. Think of your life as the sky and you walking through. When you connect to the light of love, you will be instantly brought back. Continuously bring the mind back to the breath. Gradually the mind will be a part of the universal mind, settled, calm and peaceful. As you perfect this breath, everything in life is perfect. Healing hugs of a new variety. Love from the gradually settled mind. Renooji. I think of the universe and my mind becomes the whole universe.
