We give our third eye chakras and our heart chakras a bath of the powerful fluid light from our crown chakras daily, cascading down to anoint us with calmness, trust, and truth. We calm down and become receptive to the positive thoughts of gratitude and blessings. Healing the self, we flow with the light through our body and brain to restore healing strength and love. When we are touched by the light of healing, we become more aware of the safety of our body in this world, once again becoming more communicative and clearly and wisely responding from the heart with one and all. Merely being in the presence of the healing light and the healing touch triggers in us good feelings of positivity and takes us ahead to create long-term relationships with others. Stay with the reality of really savoring the feelings of safety, warmth, trust, and love in your healing body and mind. Healing hugs of immense safety. Love from the immense ocean of trust.
